Resign after Maternity Leave

Hi mummies, would it be fair to resign & send your resignation letter during the 3rd month of your ML? and serve your notice while you’re finishing them?

Dun tink its nice but up to you. I would finish taking all before i tender if i were to.

I would def have a chat with my boss and see what he/she prefers.
