Hi mummies! My lochia ended the same time as my confinement ends..I am currently expressing milk not breastfeeding..1 week after my confinement ends, suddenly there is blood. Is this period? Only breastfeeding stops period? Pump milk will have period?

Different people body works differently. Yes it is normal to have your period even while breastfeeding
