Infant care or helper?

Hi mummies, I’m not sure which one I should go for. Infant care is $2k++ as my baby is a foreigner and helper not very sure. I have trust issues and I feel hard to let someone taking care of my baby, but I have to work. ?Pls advise me...

I would suggest, don’t get a helper while taking care of a baby who jz started working. At least get to know helper’s “characters & personality ” first. If you really have no choice, firm rules w helper + a CCTV or helper + a CCTV + have immediate family members come cover at your house on weekdays till you come back. You need to keep all your important belongings somewhere else. No cash / jewellery at home etc Or Infant care / weekdays nanny ( someone you can trust ) / immediate family members
