Joint aches after delivery
Hello mummies! I'm beginning to feel joint pain and aches. I understand we lose calcium, nutrients etc after delivery. Care to share what supplement do u take to replenish? TIA! ?

If you're breastfeeding you can take prenatal vitamins both for you and the baby. If not you can just take calcium tablets. I drink the milk for mommy too (Nestle Mom & Me). I'm still aching a lot too though, probably has to do with carrying baby so no choice 😔. Maybe try a deep tissue / postnatal massage?
Read moreAny calcium supplement should be fine. Also increase your intake of foods high in calcium, like yoghurt and small fish (with bones).
You can actually continue with your prenatal tablets
