left side chest pain

hi mummies, i’m on my 29th wks now. i have a sudden chest pain on my left side. i’ve tried sleeping on the sides but still pain. i’ve eaten paracetamol and doesn’t help at all. shld i go to hospital or is there anything i can do or eat bfre going to hospital?#advicepls #1stimemom

Left side is where your heart is situated. Better to be cautious that it’s not a heart issue, do get checked up at clinic or hospital.

me too just recently and Im at 18 weeks. Its a pain on my left chest just below the breast. Im pretty sure its not heart burn cos I dont feel any burning sensation that goes up to the throat or whatever. My pain is more like sharp needles and discomfort on left chest. It comes and goes, usually aggravated after eating but sometimes for no reason like I was in a grab one time and it came. Im unsure if its due to pregnancy like they say the ribcage is expanding or whatever. Or if its due to an increased phlegm which I qm experiencing right now like coughing and what not.😕
