C Section Day 1

Hi mummies I am wondering how do u wash your face, brush teeth etc on day 1 of your c section since you cannot come down the bed? I cannot recall how I do it for my first born

the nurse will help to wipe your body, but I haven't brush my teeth the whole day bcos too painful to walk (2nd day)
