I was just wondering if it is possible to change from kkh to sgh? 12 weeks now, only attended 1 appt at kkh.
Any mummies had moved to sgh/nuh halfway? Don't mind can guide me thru pls. Thank you!
You can ask the Dr on your next appointment, I requested NUH after my first appointment. Dr asked me to call NUH myself for the transfer but actually we cant do that ourselves after i called,
We need dr’s discharge letter & they have to process it on their end for the transfer.
