Sleeping right or left side?

Hello mummies! I am still trying to keep it a habit of sleeping on the left since I read it online that it is much better for the baby and blood flow but I always happen to go back to my right side. Even if I sleep on the left, my left side will be sore. So is it OK to still sleep on ur right side I’m about 18 weeks now. Thank you in advance!

Yup either sides is fine. just try not to sleep facing upwards for too long.. I gave birth to a baby boy turning 2 months old soon. I was also very used to the right side but will occasionally swop to the left side.

Put a pillow/soft bolster behind your back when you turn to the left. So your weight at the back is supported, and even if you fall back, you would still be elevated more towards your left.

My obgyn told me any side is fine as long as not back and it is applicable aftr 28weeks above. I slp on my right side all the time, and i’ve delivered my baby girl safely ☺️

Sleeping on the left is recommended for those who are pregnant in the last stage of pregnancy so sleep whatever side you're comfortable with now.

Yes it is ok for you to sleep at left and right side as long as you are comfortable

as long as u sleep on the side its ok. but left will be best
