Symptoms experienced before knowing you are pregnant

I had mild cramps, and I rarely get them when I had my periods. I was also super exhausted. I rmb going to jb with my mil and her sis (both in their 70s) but they could carry loads of things but I couldn't, I was just so so so tired. My body also had like a feeling that I was pregnant. Out of the blue, I had a thought about what it would feel like to have a person growing inside of me, then my whole body tingled.
