Old wives tales?

Hi mummies, I know this sounds super ridiculous but I keep having people tell me this. Drink coffee, milo, or chocolate milk your baby will come out dark. Must only eat and drink white colour stuff then baby will be fair. Seriously, anyone can share your experience if this is even relevant? So fed up! Isn't the colour of your child based on yours and hubby's genes?

Not true

Ya doesn’t make sense. My bestie and her husband are both Indian. She drank soyamilk and HL milk every alternate day, and her baby is still brown.

This is not true. My mom drank alot of coffee when have my sis and she turns out to have the fairest complexion among all siblings 😆
