Binder that’s easy to put on yourself

Hi mummies I had a csect and bought a binder from tmc where I delivered. However it’s not easy to put it on myself and I have to get someone to help me. I would like to know if other mummies have bought binders that were easy to tighten on yourself. Pls provide links if possible thanks! (:

I have tried several binder but ended up i still preferred the one i bought at hosp. Though some we bought online, we can tighten ourselves, but i feel the effect is kinda diff.

i guess hospital binder will be the best, I still prefer the one bought from Hospital. 1st 2 days need help subsequently can put on myself

I bought binder too since I had a emergency C-section but it's from tge hospital 😅
