Delivery in TMC

Hi! For mummies who has delivered in TMC, May I ask if they provide maternity pads and binders? Do we have to prepare any?

Hi mama, They will have maternity pads but not binders. I personally prefer tho, to use the cotton type ones (organic materials used) for maternity pads as your vaginal area will be tender and sensitive and I want nothing less than the feel of a soft down pillow down there. So I brought my own to use when I delivered. Hope this helps!

I gave birth at TMC 2 years ago and from my memory it's opposite though. Need to bring my own pads but they provided the binder.
