antenatal classes

Hi, I have signed up for a class with KKH in Sep. This is their schedule & time slot for sharing. I took up weekend classes & I paid $230 (non-refunable).

Depends on preference and whether you have help, but it's definitely good to attend and read up, more preparation is better than less :)

The one at seeds institute in collaboration w kkh - infant care training with caregivers is good! Hands on.
