Giving up seats in public transport

during my 1st pregnancy on 2019, my 30 weeks ⬆️ bump is quite obvious I travelled daily till week 36 and hardly got people offer seat nowadays (2nd pregnancy) worst, people will STARE at me with no action, I guess they are 💭 🤔 why this🤰still travel and not stay home 😅

yup this is the truth in our society. we learnt civic and moral education in school, but it nobody is civic-minded in real life. i experienced this too.. even in my 3rd trimester, people in front of me will sit at the priority seat even when they noticed i was in the queue.

it's normal mummy.. I can go to the state of pale to the extend of sitting down on the floor and puke .. ppl then start to give seats. I'm high risk fainting on crowds and what's more with mask on on peak hours.. only once a in a blue moon you will be lucky

same here.. even I was standing in front of the reserved seat with a big belly, the people just ignored and playing with their phone or sleeping.. and no choice, sometimes really have to stand until destination. 😣

Think it's common not to get a seat on MRT even if your baby bump is obvious. There are even people "snatching" seat from me by walking faster over and sit down. Take it as a privilege to get a seat and not an entitlement.

My belly is showing and no one even bother to give me their seats. There's one time i feel like fainting and wanted to seat down, but no one is willing to give up their seats. I give up lol too many selfish ppl 🙃

Haha same experience! People tend to avert their eyes when they see me but readily give up their seats to old ppl. I guess they don’t really think pregnant women are as deserving of sitting. 🤷🏻‍♀️

same experience too. don't know what has happen to our society. those who gives up the seats to me are usually middle age to elderly uncles n aunties. the young n strong guys just don't bother or ignore.

Hahaha.. it's common nowadays 1st and 2nd pregnancy also same experience 2nd pregnancy worst, I'm out with 20months boy 🤦‍♀️and yet NO SEAT!! very soon u will be mad with taking LIFT!

Same exp! sometimes ppl will steal seats -cause they walk faster than me so when we both see the empty seat instead of gvng away they will snatch it
