How much u manage to pump per session?

Hi mummies how much you manage to pump per session? Mine is 60ml the moment i wake up, however throughout the day seems only 30-40ml I pump about 20-30 mins! Let me knownyourssssss! Thank you ❤️

First 1.5months - 35-60ml combined. Switched to handsfree pump, took supplements, managed to pump 180-300ml combined. I pump about 1.2~1.5L per day (3 hourly). 20 mins one session. Drink more water before, during and after pumping. Take sunflower lecithin to think out your milk. 😊
