Hi all my lo is ard 2 gg 3 months old and my milk session still stuck at 30-40ml per sess.. is there anyway to insta boost? Power pump and oats dun work.. not b/f cos LC say nipple is too short.. is there any other way? My dad kept saying how pointless it is cos i pump like no pump like that..

Breastfeeding can be successful regardleas of nipples sizes and shapes. Get a LC for home visit to guide you on latching baby? Babies are the most effective pumps! Otherwise try power pump (pump 20mins, rest 10m, pump 10m, rest 10m, pump 10m) once a day, it will help increase milk supply slowly. I was pumping 30-40ml per session too for a month or so, and milk boosters didnt really work for me. I have kept latching baby and never give up pumping, i pump 70-90ml per session now - still consider low but sufficient for baby! Dont give up!
