Anyone of you using single pump can share what is your pump session like? For example for each side, 5 mins massage mode and 10 mins vaccum mode? Any rest in between? So total both sides 30 mins session? I have a single pump and not sure how to use. TIA!
Yes, I will do 5 mins massage mode and about 10 mins vaccum mode. Will stop when no more milk coming out for about 2-3 mins. I will usually pump continuously after pumping one side so total will take about half an hour.
