Hi mummies, how early u found out that you are pregnant before or after ur period…… & any symptoms . Fyi im referring to 2nd pregnancy

I had a severe loss of appetite for 2 weeks when I missed my periods n after I confirmed my pregnancy I also developed morning sickness..
