Hi mummies! How does contraction pain feels like? I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant and I just wanna prepare myself ☺️

no explanation can actually "prepare" you as all bodies are different.. my pain threshold is very high and I actually felt giving up and asking for epidural a few times. but trust your body and yourself when it comes to prepping for birth!
