Breastfeeding while pregnant.

1st born turning 3 in 1.5mths. Still breastfeeding till date. Recently I feel some letdown but I realise nothing comes out when I squeeze. I tried massaging but still nothing. I'm also pregnant so I'm confused if it's a good thing as it may lead to him weaning. But I also have heartache thinking that there's actually milk because after almost 3 yrs I think I know what letdown feels like. But literally nothing is coming out for the past few days. Should I get help? Or should I just let it be and take this opportunity to wean him? Currently he's still latching to sleep although I know for sure he's not getting any milk.

Pregnancy nausea

Anyone else deals with nausea by eating? Everytime I feel nauseas, I will eat something. It works. But on top of that, I also get hungry every hour. So I'm constantly eating from the time I wake up until the time I sleep. Of course it's always small things like a piece of cookie. Or sweets. Or a mouthful of sandwich. Or I will drink soya bean. But I don't want to put on alot of weight this time. 1st pregnancy, I gained 20kg and it wasn't easy losing everything. Anything else I can do to fight off nausea??

Baby ingrown toenail?

Wanted to cut baby (3.5mth) toenail just now and realised the sides are swollen and red. Doesn't seem to have any pus but baby flinched when I tried to massage so it might be painful. Anything I can do? Or should I head to GP?

Breast milk transport

If I freeze BM at work, will it remain frozen if I bring it home (around 1 hr journey) in a cooler bag? Will the freshness be affected? Do I freeze it back when I reach home? Or do I have to use it immediately?

Similac Mum

Anyone drinking Similac Mum's milk and find that it's lumpy despite mixing with hot boiling water? I hate drinking powdered milk and the lumps just make it so much worse. Any tips? Update!! Thanks to everyone who suggested room temperature water ?? tried it and it works! Milk is smooth and easier to drink. Thanks again!!!

Mum vs Privacy

I love my mum. From the very 1st time she learnt about my positive test, she has been excited. Today she told me that she want to be there for my 1st scan. I really don't want to disappoint her but I really want to keep this special "1st meet" between my husband and I. How do I tell my mum?

When to tell my husband?

I just tested positive :) should I immediately tell my husband? Or should I spare him the excitement and tell him after another test? Just in case it's a false positive ?
