Hi mummies, how do you deal w leaking boobies? Like do have a bra on w disposable pads 24/7, even while sleeping?

I wore the disposable ones to sleep. Used to wear the reusable ones but I still woke up with wet shirt. I put on a milk collector when I go out.

I wore reusable bra pads when im out. At home, I didn’t really care. 😅
