13 weeks (Arthritis?)

Any mummies have this feeling of hands and legs cramp and the urge to crack every joint on toes/ fingers / elbow etc? It almost feels like elderly with arthritis and this is waking me up a lot of times in the night. Happens only during pregnancy. Any remedy ?
