Little bumps on baby face

Hello mummies, does anyone know how to treat this little bumps and reddish on my baby face ? I tried cethapil baby moisturiser but still the same. It has been there for 4 days already. And what may cause this little bumps and reddish to appear on my baby face? Btw i breastfeed my baby direct
