Is it ok to drink DOM on it's own

Hi Mummies and daddies, Just to check ,is it ok to drink DOM directly or neat as it has high alcohol content?

Can drink direct or dilute with water if u find the taste too strong. Drink immediately after latch/pumping if you bf.

So if I were to bf, I can still drink / cook with dom for confinement?

My SIL and hubby highly recommended to drink 1 shot glass a day, directly...especially during confinement.

Can drink on it’s own but in small amount. Best to cook with soup.
