Low Lying Placenta

Hi Mummies! My anterior placenta is low but not covering cervix at week 32. Is there any old wives tales / food / massage or anything I can do to make it go further away from cervix? #firsttimemom

unfortunately have yet to come across anything that can be done to move the placenta 🙏
