Low Lying Placenta

Hi Mummies! My anterior placenta is low but not covering cervix at week 32. Is there any old wives tales / food / massage or anything I can do to make it go further away from cervix? #firsttimemom

What gynae usually advise is no intercourse and try to walk lesser. Dont walk too much and no exercises

unfortunately have yet to come across anything that can be done to move the placenta 🙏
