It's completely normal to have mixed feelings about it, mama. ❤️ For me, it wasn't exactly painful, but it definitely felt different at first and we had to take things slowly. My advice would be not to rush yourself. Go at a pace you're comfortable with, communicate openly with your partner, and don't feel pressured just because you've reached a certain number of weeks postpartum.
