Sore breast

Hi moms! Would like to ask for tips, i’m a full breastfeeding mom to my newborn, sometimes my breasts would be sore lalo na during latching, they told me baka need ayusin yung paglatch ni baby pero kuha naman nya yung nipple and part of areola ko, may tips po kayo to prevent or treat sore breasts?
