Initially I would feed bm first and then top up with formula milk, to see if baby can accept the taste of the fm. If baby rejects it, then I would gradually introduce fm by mixing in very little into the bm, and slowly increasing the ratio with each feed (so as not to waste the bm). Of course if baby has no issues with fm, then go ahead and mix if you like:)

Try to feed breastmilk first. Not enough then top up with formula. If not throw away breastmilk is a waste

No, if you wana mixed them in a bottle. Yes, u can mixed feed (BM then top up with FM)
