sore on vagina?

Hi mommies, any of ur lo has this red sore/spot on the vagina? The sore is redder in real life as compared to pic. Not sure if its rash tho

Try Desitin Rapid Relief (blue tube). Works on all the rashes/sore areas at that region for my LO
