Heat rashes or eczema?

Hi mommies, can someone share with me, is this normal? My LO cheeks have red patches/ rashes and acne. Isit because of milk? He is on FM. How to treat or get rid of this rashes.

Ya bring to pd n they can prescribe steroid cream n moisturizer for baby.. it's actually mild eczema.. but with steroid cream, it will subside
