11 minggu 6 hari perut rasa bergetar

Eh jangan worry, ni normal je! 11 minggu tu baby dah gerak-gerak tapi sometimes ibu tak obvious, so that fluttering feeling bukan halusinasi, it's likely baby's movements or just your uterus expanding, especially kalau perut rasa tight or bergetar for a few seconds. A few of my mum friends shared the same thing early pregnancy and semua cakap it feels weird at first because you're not used to it yet. Tapi if the trembling feels very strong, painful, or accompanied by spotting or cramping, better check with your doctor just to be safe, okay? Otherwise relax je, your body is doing amazing things right now!
