I had it during my first 4 months of pregnancy. Nag subside na lang sya between 5-6 months. Day and night ang pregnancy sickness ko but I never wanted to get confined in the hospital. And it's true you need to eat kahit isusuka mo lang din. You have to keep yourself hydrated as well. Try having crackers in the morning when you wake up and try ginger tea. If you feel sick have some ice chips, popsicle, ice candy or ice cream. Have small meals every 2-3 hours. Iwas din sa food, fruits or drinks na mataas ang acid content. Bananas and watermelons are great kasi mababa yung acid content and will keep you hydrated. I drink pocari sweat to replenish lost electrolytes from vomiting. You can have Vit. B complex din. I know how difficult pregnancy sickness can be but pray hard that you will overcome it.
Ako po. Almost iconfine na rin ako nun kasi super payat ko talaga and wala na akong makain pero ayun nga po, pinilit ko lang talaga kumain. Di po ako gano nagkakanin nun, crackers lang tas tubig. Pag nasusuka na po ako, nagsusuck ako nung gingerbon and ng asin. I know medyo unhealthy yung ginagawa ko noon pero yun lang po yung way ko talaga to overcome that. I suggest hanap ka po ng food na kaya mo kainin and di ka masusuka, kasi iba-iba naman po tayo. :) Si mama ko rin po nung nagbuntis samin ganon, then fruit juice naman iniinom niya. I hope maging okay din po kayo kasi super hirap talaga niyan.
Yes before nung pregnant ako. It last for almost 7 months of my pregnancy. So bedrest advice ng ob then not fit to work since panay suka at hilo ako. Sabi ng ob ko nun ieat kahit anu gusto ko para magkalaman ung tyan ko. I even drink nga coffee and eat crackers lng the whole day. Then sabaw at kanin. Ung gnun situation ko last until 5 months na wala msydo kain panay take lng ng vitamins. Atleast 7 vitamins ata ang tinetake ko morning lunch and dinner. Basta more on fluids dapat. Ok ung buko nakakawala ng pagsusuka. Aside sa masarap na nakakabusog din.
Same tayo sis 11 weeks na ko at muntik na ko madehydrate nung nasa 9th week ako. Ndi rin ako kumakain nun kasi kada kakain ako sinusuka ko lang talaga at even water sinusuka ko lang. Pero tiniis ko talaga kahit sobrang hirap. Until now nagsusuka pa din ako pero everytime na makakaramdam ako ng suka nakain ako apple na sinasawsaw sa asin para lang maovercome. Tama din po sila every morning bago ka bumangon kumain ka muna sky flakes makakatulong din un.
Ako po. From week 6 until week 15 ng pregnancy ko. Na admit ako due to dehydration pero 2 days lang. Sobrang sama sa pakiramdam. As in whole day masama pakiramdam ko. Im crying almost every day dahil dyan. Hehehe. Pinipilit ko lang talaga kumain para kay baby. Kusa din naman sya mawawa. Make your baby your motivation po. You'll get through this momsh. Be strong.
