Sore breast, clogged milk?

My first pregnancy i had low production to no milk. This is my second pregnancy and im feeling so much pain in my right breast. Feels like clogged milk. How do u deal with this situation? Anyone come across before? Only 11 weeks pregnant.

I also had pain in my breasts. I used cold compress and took warm showers.
