Hi mommies! Do u guys have any ideas on how to turn a breech baby asap? Any remedies or something. 33 weeks now.
i do e exercises tt helps breech babies head down. use gym ball ya..u cn check at youtube . exercises fr breech bby..i did follow n tada..my bby head dwn..tt was 4 yrs ago...do more up slopes down the slopes too.. i detect my son breech when 36wks.. then they arrange for ECV..but b4 doin it bby head dwn...then follow up checkup bby head up again so..doc wanna csect. . so I quickly do e exercises...n i delivered on 40wks +3 days normal delivery without gas or epi
Read morestill early mine turns at 36, but u can do exercise use the yoga ball, or watch those exercise videos mommy use to turn breech, and talk to your baby everyday to turn in correct position corret your hubby talk down there so he will follow the voice or flash a light below that's all I did last time and I put pillow on my hips higher than my chest
Read moreYou can try pre-natal massage. Try looking for malay makcik urut. Its reccommended to have prenatal massage when we are 7 months along. They might be able to massage the bump and turn the baby around to be in the ideal position. Had mine at week 32 and fortunately, baby was alr in an ideal position.

Hi there is a knee to chest position that can help baby to turn head down. You can Google for more details on the the exact position and how long for each session. My friend did it and baby turns head down after 2 weeks.
Another way is massage your tummy in clockwise 3x a day n selawat . don't do anti-clockwise as u dont want to tangle the baby with umbilical cord. In shaa allah everything went smoothly for u.
Dont worry too much! Mine didnt turn till 36 weeks. But if yours still in breech position, best to consult your gynae on it. Not sure if there are still traditional massages out there for breech cases.
Do cat stretch yoga pose. Knee on the mat/bed with chest touch the floor. Can open your legs wider. Works for my previous pregnancy and current pregnancy. Do it everyday.
It’s early..there is almost a month baby can turn ..go for squats and other exercises (can watch on you tube) walk a lot ..talk to baby to turn…
talk to your baby and tell the baby to go head down. I did the same for mine too. and my baby turn head down by my next appointment
