Allowance Rate For Mil

My mil will be babysitting my baby. I am wondering how much should i give to her for allowance? Currently, i am giving 250 per month as allowance. Thinking i shld increase but nt sure abt e appropriate rate.

Is your mil working previously before helping you to babysit? And also is she supporting the house expenses?? If yes, I will give slightly more.
