Ay sis, sobrang maaga pa talaga for a positive test based sa dates mo, usually hindi pa nakikita ng PT yan kung maaga pa lang, lalo na if implantation bleeding lang talaga yan! Since expected period mo is around Jan 23-26, I'd say mag-PT ulit ka around that time or a few days after if delayed ka, mas reliable yan. A few of my mum friends din nagsuffer ng implantation bleeding na parang light spotting lang, so it's possible, pero the best way to know for sure is to wait for your missed period and test again, or check in with your OB kung gusto mo ng peace of mind.
