i snack on dried berries. although ung kinakain ko na dried cranberries sobra asim hehe. minsan naman saging na lakatan. o kaya oatmeal kung sinipag ako. nung maalinsangan di mawawala ang pipino na galing ref. very refreshing. 😊
Go-to: - Fruits (usually banana/orange) - Yogurt (usually greek, and yung less sugar better if unflavored) - bread - skyflakes / biscuits
peanuts (pero yung non greasy at hindi maalat) and oatmeal minsan yung cereals pinapapak ko 😅 tpos apple and kiwi po with yogurt.
