mga momsh tanong ko lang po if pwedi pa ba palitan yung name at apelyido ni baby, Hindi pa kasi namin nakuha yung BC niya so balak namin palitan apelyido niya...sa birth niya kasi sakin na apelyido dala niya so balak namin palitan ng apelyio ng papa niya. ?
