Maternity notification

Mga moms ask po ask if voluntary seperated from employment po at merong 5 months contribution sa sss my matatanggap kba pong maternity benefits? Dapat po ba ichange yung status from employed to voluntary (separed) ? Hindi kasi ako mkapag pasa ng maternity notification kasi employed parin po yung status ko sa sss, thanks po.
