May I know how many fenugreek pills do you take one day? I bought my fenugreek from Watson , I normally take 2 capsules 3 times a day but it seem not working for me, should I change to 3 capsules instead?

How long have you been taking it? It didn't work for me until about 2 weeks after consuming it :)
