Practicing Self-love is not a selfish thing, It is the most important for moms as it helps us to become more a better mom. Self-love nurture the relationship we have and it is our responsibility as a parent to help show your children a healthy, productive way through the shitty times. And much of this is done through their watching us practice self-love and self-respect. If we want our children to live meaningful lives, we also need to be in the game of living a life filled with meaning and purpose knowing the importance of self-love in our life.
