Tummy binder after birth?

Hi mamas! FTM here and I’m wondering how long do I have to wait before I’m able to wear a tummy binder after giving birth naturally? Can I wear it immediately after birth? Or have to wait a few days? Thank you!

if you need the assistance from the nurse, you can pass to them for help I wore mine on second day with help from the nurse

im a c--sect mum and my doctor wore it for me immediately after the surgery.

You can wear it immediately, be it natural or csec. Have a smooth delivery!

I wore it immediately after birth. It helps me for both my kids
