Is maggi mee a complete no for preggies？how about maggi goreng cooked by malays?

Can eat but advise occasionally due to its msg content. Even if I ate it occasionally during pregnancy, I used half of the seasoning pack to cook it and add in fresh ingredients like egg and veggies to go with it. :)
