My lo wearing M size now. But on number 3 when tape. He is 4 months old now. I still left 1 packet m size diaper. I wanna replenish diaper should I continue with M size or change to L?

If you keep using M size just watch out for leakage. If no leakage then ok, you can change more frequently also. Better than wasting diaper 😁
