Boils on baby butt

Hi my LO is one month old and has this lump on his butt. I googled and it seems like it's a boil?? Any idea if this is serious or whether I need to bring him to the doctor??

Is that the vaccine injection site? If so it's normal to have a lump there, you don't have to do anything about it. If there's some pus or it looks inflamed then you can check with doctor
