7 weeks fall from bed

My LO fell from bed. He was sleepy during his feeding time but after an hour he starts feeding normally. He is also currently unwell suffering from reflux (vomiting). Understand need to look out for sleepiness, excessive crying and vomiting. He does vomit after feed but not sure if it’s because of his reflux or because the fall. What should I do? TIA
