fever

my lo (4mth) has 38.4 fever and she just took paracetamol from doctor. a&e better or private clinic??? will they do the same procedures?? or a&e better?? my mil suggest i wait until morning to bring baby go private clinic but polyclinic nurse said to bring baby go a&e if 38.5......
