Hi mummy, my girl went through this phase too around 2 years old, so understandable your frustration! What worked for us was making it fun, like using a cup with her favourite cartoon character or letting her choose her own cup at the store. Also I started adding a slice of fruit like orange or cucumber into the water so got a bit of taste, and sometimes I let her use a small reusable straw bottle since some toddlers just prefer sucking through straw over drinking from cup. Don't stress too much though, as long as they're getting fluids from milk, soup or fruits also can help make up for it lah.
