A faint line is still a line, but evening urine is more diluted so it's harder to read, so I'd suggest doing another test first thing in the morning with your first pee and see what comes up. If the morning test is also faint or you're still unsure, might be good to call your PD or pop by the polyclinic for a blood test since that's the most reliable way to confirm either way. The waiting is the hardest part but a blood test will give you a clear answer.
